Chocolate Drops & Chunks 

Chocolate Drops/Chunks: used in baked goods, ice creams, and dairy desserts or as a topping or decoration. Chunks will deliver the most chocolate impact for all your confections.

Chocolate Coatings & Compound Coatings 

Chocolate Coatings/Compound Coatings: moulding, panning, decorating, and enrobing centers, doughnut coatings, enrobing and striping cookies and cookie fillings and also in selected bakery applications. Compound Coatings are for enrobing ice cream and frozen dairy dessert novelties.

Cocoa Powder 

Natural: used in compound coatings, bakery products, spreads, syrups, frostings, toppings, creams, chocolate confectionery.
