TOMASELLO FRUIT WINES 

The Five fruit wines in the portfolio are fermented in small lots under very cold conditions to maximize fruit character extraction. We select fruit from specific growers whose passion in fruit growing matches our passion for wine making. You will find these wines to be intense in their fruit character with layers of fruit on the palette and yet balanced in their relative acidity and sweetness. They have remarkable diversity in their use as a wine to drink with specific foods and for use in recipes. We hope that you will find our fruit wines as exciting to drink as we find them to make.

BLACKBERRY FRUIT WINE 

Made from 100% Marion Blackberries, Tomasello Blackberry Wine is a full-bodied blackberry wine with dominant cassis and brambleberry character. It is moderately sweet and can be served both as a dessert wine, or in a dessert as a premium ingredient.

RED RASPBERRY FRUIT WINE 

Made from 100% Willamette raspberries. Intense raspberry flavor from start to finish. There is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Tomasello Red Raspberry is the perfect compliment to chocolate and chocolate desserts.

CRANBERRY FRUIT WINE 

Tomasello Cranberry Wine is a perfect balance of light sweetness and tart, refreshing cranberry. The color is an intense cranberry red and the aroma enticing, especially when served room temperature. This 100% natural cranberry wine complements an array of foods or can be served alone.

CHERRY FRUIT WINE 

Made from 100% Cherries, this premium Cherry Wine has a pronounced Cherry Character. Balanced with a bit of sweetness, this Cherry Wine is best appreciated with Cheesecake or other sweet and creamy desserts.

BLUEBERRY FRUIT WINE 

For the past ten years, Tomasello Winery has been producing 100% pure blueberry wine from cultivated high bush blueberries grown on the Atlantic Blueberry Company farms. The wine is semi-dry with soft and perfumed hints of blueberry. Recent studies prove the Blueberry wine to be very high in antioxidants.
